“Fast and Fair”
- We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. We normally have same day, or next day shipping. We are closed on Wednesday, Saturdays, and Sundays. Orders made those days ship out on the next business day.
- To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping in the continental United States on all orders over $49. We also offer a flat $6.95 shipping charge for orders under $49. (This includes AP, AE, and AA addresses.)
- If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping. We charge a calculated average fee for rush and international shipping.
Our primary shipping services are USPS and UPS. Both are "ground" services that take 4-9 business days from our warehouse in Texas.
We are located near Dallas TX, so the closer you are to us the sooner your order will arrive. Normally orders take 4-7 business days to arrive.
Delivery Time is dependent "Availability". Every product detail page will show if an item is out-of-stock. Occasionally, an item may mistakenly be listed as available. If this happens you will be contacted about the status of your order.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item on Sundays and most National Holidays as all the shippers are closed. We are closed on Wednesday, Saturdays, and Sundays. Orders made those days normally ship out on the next business day.
Free Shipping Offers
Orders over $49 qualify for Free Shipping, which will be USPS or UPS (4-9 days). Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments, within the continental United States, and AP, AE, and AA addresses only.
A low, flat $6.95 shipping rate is charged for orders under $49; within the continental United States, and AP, AE, and AA addresses only.
Our standard shipping rate to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories is $9.95.
Canada is $30.
If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at SteviaSmartinfo@gmail.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address to which we should send a Paypal invoice (we currently only accept Paypal payments for orders shipped abroad). A member of our Customer Service team will contact you to make all the arrangements. Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost. You are responsible to pay any and all taxes and duties.
