BUTTER RUM FLAVOR This unsweetened, highly concentrated flavoring is available for home and professional use. The 1-dram and 2-dram sizes are perfect for a stove top recipe of hard candy. Lorann flavoring oils are generally 3-4 times stronger than extracts since extracts are diluted by significant amounts of alcohol and/or water. These professional flavorings add nothing but great taste and aroma and can be used for a variety of flavoring applications - including hard candy, frostings, fudges, cookies, chocolates and more.
