Over 10 years ago, our family was in financial trouble, and I was trying to find a way out of our debt. Being half Brazilian, I grew up using the natural herbal sweetener stevia, but couldn't find it anywhere in the U.S. I then decided that I could continue to stay home with my kids, and start a small stevia business. Ten years later, and homeschooling 5 children, our little company, SteviaSmart.com is still growing strong! It has allowed me to work from home, employ other moms and teenagers in our small Texas community.
Kelley, our Jill-of-all-Trades, has two kiddos. She often has to step out of our warehouse (converted from a barn) to run a forgotten lunch up to our local school, but most of the time she is there to answer any questions you may have.
My oldest daughter, Ana, often works with us. She is amazing! She cleans the warehouse, and pulls and packs orders. Don't worry, Kelley always checks her work before it is shipped out.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork.
*In order to keep our prices low, we are unable to accept returns on discounted merchandise. However, sometimes a store credit can be given. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist for more information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 3 days of delivery at Sales@SteviaSmart.com. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, and item number. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
Refunds and Credits
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
