Almost 20 years ago our family was in financial trouble and I was trying to find a way out of our debt. Being half Brazilian, I grew up using the natural herbal sweetener, Stevia. Knowing that it couldn't be found anywhere in the US, I made it my mission make it available to everyone. I decided that I could continue to stay home, to raise and teach my children, and start a small Stevia business. Through the years, and homeschooling 5 children, our little company, SteviaSmart.com, is still going strong! Not only did SteviaSmart allow me to work from home and still be a part of my childrens’ lives but, to also employ other moms and teenagers in our small Texas community. What more could you ask for!
As some of you may already know, Kelley is our company manager. She too is a mom and a “Jill-Of-All-Trades”. During normal business hours she is there to take care of your orders and make sure everything runs smoothly. There are times she has to step out to run a forgotten lunch up to our local school but, she is always willing to help out and answer any questions you may have.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork.
*In order to keep our prices low, we are unable to accept returns on discounted merchandise. However, sometimes a store credit can be given. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist for more information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 3 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please supply the Specialist with your order number, and item number. The Specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
Refunds and Credits
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
