Flavoring oils are highly concentrated and unsweetened. A very small amount of LorAnn flavoring oil is packed with flavor and aroma.

This oil is all natural and is both a flavoring and an essential oil.

Flavoring: This unsweetened, highly concentrated flavoring can be used in a variety of candies and baked goods. Its pleasant licorice flavor is especially prized for flavoring pizelle cookies and biscotti.

F.Y.I. Anise solidifies, or freezes at 59 degrees F., this is a criterion value of anise. During cold weather months the anise may become solid during shipping. Do not be alarmed, this is actually a normal occurance. In other words, if crystallization has occured, it is your assurance of good value anise. If the anise has crystallized, warm the anise oil until it is liquified and shake.
